And the (Online Voting) Winners Are ...

Hi there, Tom again. Well, the online voting is complete and here are the two comedians chosen by all of us (you did vote, right?) to compete in the Purina Pet Comedy Challenge finals:

You can view clips from the other eight finalists selected in the regional competitions last month at the Comedy Challenge website, but the online voting is over.

As my new T-shirt says, "If you didn't vote, don't blame me!" But hey, one of the two online vote winners was my favorite (not telling which one). Remember in my earlier post I urged you to follow the Chicago political advice attributed to the late Mayor Dailey: "Vote early and often."

If you're planning on attending the finals this Friday, May 2, at The Pageant Club in St. Louis, I hope you have tickets, because the website says it's SOLD OUT.

Good luck to all the contestants. Hopefully, the video from the finals will also be posted on the site, because these folks are funny!
