BlogPaws, of which I am a Co-founder, as many of you know, announced their tentative agenda over the weekend, last week. If you haven't visited the conference page showcasing the agenda, click the link above to it. <pic here is my Olive at last year's BlogPaws in Salt Lake City, looking out the window of our room... she was wondering where Onyx was as she and Onxy were the only two executive dogs to attend last year)
If you have, I hope you're checking back daily to see make sure we don't surprise you with something new!
BlogPaws is bigger and better than ever, if I do say so myself. We are over 2000 registered members. And, we have Steve Dale keynoting... how kewl is that? And, we have Clara Shih, who is a Facebook expert and social media maven. You don't get better than that for keynotes at a conference. Each one comes with different expertise and both are pet-friendly!
I want to really market our Thursday events, though. This year, we extended the conference a half day to allow for some extra sessions that are too important not to include in the general mix. Most of you know that we're a social media marketing conference - we share insight and training on how to be a better photographer (boy could I use that!), how to write better in your blog, how to use Facebook and Twitter, and now Pinterest, and more. We want you to be the best of whatever it is you want to be...using social media and learning how to monetize your hard work online.
But, we also support shelters and rescues because...well, it's necessary. If WE, you and me and all the other members of BlogPaws, don't do it... who will? We're pet parents of the highest order and we want other pet parents to be responsible and respectful - which means helping to care for our needy and neglected animals in shelters and rescues.
This year we have some great Be the Change Sessions at BlogPaws. They start on Thursday. I recommend coming a day early and attending one of the sessions on Thursday - you'll be glad you did.
Meanwhile, we also have a ton of brands exhibiting. You'll want to get nose-to-nose with them, starting on Thursday. And, we have some Pawties and other events happening. You will not be bored! Don't forget - Saturday night is the huge GALA event... first, the Red Carpet walk...leading into the Nose-to-Nose Awards ceremony! OMG! If you're nominated and become a finalist, you have to be there! Hey, it's true that just being nominated is an honor! I really believe that!
I hope to see you at BlogPaws this year. It's going to be Stellar! Really, would I lie to you?
And now, some pics from our sponsor... heeheeee...
See you there! With all these folks and pets and more....
