I guess I need to be more aware of my surroundings when I take my dog with me. I only take her with me when I just have to run in and out quickly. She loves to go for a ride but I'm not sure I would take her in the back of a truck for fear she would jump out or someone taking her. I hope they found their dog.

This family did get their dog back Bella is her name, she was found in Hartford a few towns away by a nice family on the side of the road soon after she was stolen and through facebook found her owner, they were very lucky she was not used for dog fighting or skinned for her fur which is now in the news alot fur farm are stealing dogs for their fur and skinning them alive for their fur to make clothes. My dogs ride with me all the time, they love it. But I only go into a store if I can see my car and only for a few seconds keeping an eye on them.
